I have arrived! This is absolutely amazing. The airport felt like an international bazaar....very crowded, lots of languages, sponsor logos everywhere, handlers everywhere....lots of energy.
The customs agent was a big curling fan and we enjoyed a brief chat before Tammie from the USOC whisked me away where I was quickly credentialed and put on a shuttle to the hotel. (I look like a thug on my credential!). I actually could have just stayed and watched all the people for some time! Its amazing!
I am feeling really good about all of this.
